How long does a custom loop take?

Usually within the hour. Your order goes straight into the render queue, so you are not waiting on someone to read an email first. You get an email with a download link as soon as it is ready.

What does a custom loop cost?

From $0.85 for a short 720p loop up to $5.75 for fifteen seconds in 4K when you share your loop to the library. That shared price is at cost: what the render and the payment fee cost us, with nothing added on top. Keeping a build private costs 25% more, and longer and sharper costs more to render.

What if the loop is not what I wanted?

Tell us and we build it again, at no extra charge and with no limit on how many times. Describing a scene in words is imprecise, so getting it right on the second attempt is normal rather than a failure.

Do I need an account?

Not to order. Give us an email to send the finished loop to and that is enough. An account is only needed to download, so we create one for you and email you a sign-in link.

What do I get, and can I use it commercially?

An H.264 MP4 with no watermark, in the shape and quality you picked, that loops without a visible jump. Every custom loop and every purchase carries a full commercial license: use it on stream, in videos, in client work, and in digital products you sell. You cannot resell or redistribute the raw loop file itself.

Can I just buy one from the library instead?

Yes. Loops in the library are $1.50 each, dropping as you add more, or take the membership at $12 a month for everything. Every free loop is free to download with an account, with no monthly limit.
