    How it works

    1. 1.Describe your scene in the builder on the home page
    2. 2.Pick shape, length, resolution, and style. The price updates as you choose
    3. 3.Pay at checkout. Share your loop to the library and the price is our generation cost plus the card fee, nothing on top. Keeping it private costs 25% more
    4. 4.Your loop arrives by email with a direct download link, usually within the hour

    What you can pick

    Four shapes (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 21:9), three lengths (5, 10, 15 seconds), three resolutions (720p, 1080p, 4K), and four styles. Every combination loops seamlessly.

    Delivery

    Orders render automatically and most arrive within the hour. The email link downloads the full file directly, no account needed.

    If it is not right

    Reply to your delivery email and tell us what to change. We rebuild it until it is what you wanted, free.

    Private or public

    Your loop is private by default. Choose to share it and it joins the public library for others to download.

    Start free with unlimited free-loop downloads, no card needed. When you find loops you want to keep, buy them once and they are yours forever. Custom orders shared to the library are priced at our generation cost plus the card fee, $0.85 to $5.75 depending on length and resolution; private builds cost 25% more. Existing Creator Pass subscriptions keep working and can be managed from your dashboard.

    Commercial Use (custom orders and purchased loops)

    • Every custom order and purchase includes a full commercial license. Use loops as backgrounds inside content and digital products you create and sell. You may not resell or redistribute the raw loop files themselves.
    • No attribution required. Use loops in client work, products, and content without crediting Infinity Looper.
    • Your usage rights are perpetual. Purchased loops are yours forever, and anything downloaded during an active legacy Creator Pass subscription also stays licensed after cancellation.
    • Free-tier downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

    Cancellation Policy (legacy Creator Pass)

    • If you still have a Creator Pass subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your dashboard.
    • You'll keep Creator Pass access until the end of your current billing period.
    • Your commercial use remains valid for anything already downloaded and published.

    Password & Login

    • Forgot your password? Click "Sign In" → "Forgot password" to receive a reset link via email.
    • Password reset links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one if yours has expired.
    • We support email/password sign-in. Social logins are not available at this time.

    Account Deletion

    • You can permanently delete your account from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.
    • Account deletion removes all personal data, download history, and subscription records.
    • Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
    • This action is irreversible. Downloaded files on your device are not affected.
