    How it works

    3. 3.Sign in or create a free account, then pay at checkout. Share your loop to the library and the price is our generation cost plus the card fee, nothing on top. Keeping it private costs 25% more
    4. 4.Your loop arrives by email within 24 hours, usually sooner. It is made by AI, not a human animator

    What you can pick

    Four shapes (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 21:9), three lengths (5, 10, 15 seconds), three resolutions (720p, 1080p, 4K), and four styles. Every combination loops continuously.

    Delivery

    AI makes the loop and it arrives within 24 hours. The email link downloads the full file directly, with no sign-in needed.

    If it is not right

    The first file is the delivery, with no free revisions. If it will not play or loop, reply to your delivery email and we fix it or refund you.

    Private or public

    Shared on our channel and library by default, which is 20% cheaper. Choose Keep it private if you do not want it public.

Custom loops are made by AI from your description and arrive within 24 hours: $9.99 when the loop joins the public library, or $19 to keep it private. The first file is the delivery, with no free revisions. If it will not play or loop, we fix it or refund you. Members who joined before September 26, 2026 keep their original terms (every library loop and stream kit included, no monthly cap) while their subscription stays active. Existing Creator Pass subscriptions keep working and can be managed from your dashboard.

    What you can do with a loop

    • Free loops: Personal, non-monetized use.
    • Bought loops, kits and packs: Monetized streams, VODs, videos, ads, client work, and products you make and sell. Yours to keep.
    • Membership: Everything a purchase allows, for up to 30 new library loops a month. Stream kits are half price for members. Loops you download while a member stay licensed after you cancel.
    • Legacy Creator Pass and paid custom loops carry the same rights as a purchase.
    • No attribution required. You may not resell or redistribute the raw loop files themselves.

    Refunds

    • Library loops, stream kits and packs: ask within 7 days of purchase and we refund if you have not downloaded the files.
    • If a file will not open, play or loop, you choose a replacement or a refund.
    • Membership: cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the paid period.
    • Custom loops: the first file is the delivery. If it will not play or loop, we fix it or refund you.
    • Nothing in our terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Password & Login

    • Sign in with email and password, or with Google.
    • Forgot your password? Choose Sign In, then Forgot password, and we email you a reset link.
    • Password reset links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one if yours has expired.

    Account Deletion

    • You can permanently delete your account from Dashboard, then Delete Account.
    • Account deletion removes your personal data, download history, and subscription records, apart from records the law requires us to keep.
    • Active memberships are cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
    • This cannot be undone. Files already on your device are not affected.

    Legacy Creator Pass

    • If you still have a Creator Pass subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your dashboard.
    • You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and anything you downloaded stays licensed.
