    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Infinity Looper ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

    These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinity Looper. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 16 years of age and have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.

    2. Description of Service

    Infinity Looper is a curated online gallery that provides access to a library of 100% original, seamless looping video backgrounds. Our Service includes:

    • A browsable gallery of professionally created looping video backgrounds
    • Video preview and instant download capabilities
    • A free tier with access to non-premium content
    • A paid "Creator Pass" subscription for full library access, unlimited downloads, and commercial use
    • One-time purchases for individual premium videos
    • Usage rights detailed in our Terms of Service

    3. User Accounts

    To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
    • Use only one account per individual. duplicate accounts may be terminated

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

    4. Subscription Plans and Payments

    4.1 Free Tier

    Unregistered visitors may browse the gallery. Registered free users may download non-premium content, limited to 5 free downloads per month. Free downloads are for personal use only.

    4.2 Creator Pass ($19.99/month or $199/year)

    The Creator Pass is a recurring subscription, billed at $19.99 per month or $199 per year, that provides unlimited downloads of the entire library (including premium content), full commercial use rights, priority support, and notifications when new loops are added. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel anytime before then to avoid being billed. Benefits begin immediately upon starting the trial or successful payment.

    4.3 Single-Loop Purchase

    Individual premium videos may be purchased as a one-time transaction of $9.99 without a subscription. Single-loop purchases are for personal use. Commercial rights require a Creator Pass.

    4.4 Billing and Renewal

    Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, according to the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

    4.5 Cancellation

    You may cancel your Creator Pass at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

    4.6 Refund Policy

    Contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Refunds for single-loop purchases are available within 48 hours of purchase if the video has not been downloaded.

    5. Content Usage and Copyright

    5.1 Our Content

    All video content in the Infinity Looper library is 100% original and safe for use on all major platforms including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Spotify, and Etsy. Content is provided for use according to your plan, not transferred or sold to you.

    5.2 Usage Tiers

    • Personal Use (Free tier & single-loop purchase): Use in personal, non-monetized projects. No resale. No use in client deliverables.
    • Commercial Use (Creator Pass): Use in monetized content, live streams, client work, digital products for sale, and commercial advertising. Resale of raw, unmodified loops is prohibited.

    5.3 Perpetual Rights

    Your usage rights are valid in perpetuity for any content created and published during an active subscription period. If your subscription lapses, you may continue to use and display any content that was downloaded and incorporated into a published work while your subscription was active. However, you may not download new content or use the library until you resubscribe.

    5.4 Restrictions

    Regardless of usage tier, you may not:

    • Redistribute, share, or resell raw video files from the library
    • Claim ownership or authorship of library content
    • Use content in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
    • Register any library content as a trademark or service mark

    5.5 DMCA and Copyright Claims

    We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement including: (a) the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) the allegedly infringing material and its location; and (c) your contact information and a statement of good faith.

    6. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Redistribute or resell content outside the permitted usage
    • Claim ownership of library content
    • Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to bulk-download content
    • Circumvent download limits, paywalls, or access controls
    • Create multiple accounts to circumvent per-user restrictions
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service itself. including its design, code, branding, logos, UI elements, and all non-user-generated content. is the exclusive property of Infinity Looper and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited permission to use it as described herein.

    8. Service Availability and Modifications

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including removing content from the library, without liability.

    We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect paid features at least 14 days in advance.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that content will always be available, or that downloads will be free from defects.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Infinity Looper, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

    Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Looper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your misuse of downloaded content.

    12. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, at the claimant's election.

    You agree that any claims will be brought individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infinity Looper operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    14. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Service.

    Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
