    Terms of Service

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Infinity Looper ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

    These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Infinity Looper, which is run from Australia. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 16 years of age and have a parent or guardian's consent.

    2. Description of Service

    Infinity Looper provides looping video backgrounds and related digital products. The Service may include:

    • A browsable library of looping video backgrounds
    • Free loops (personal use) and library loops sold one at a time
    • Stream kits (matching OBS and Twitch screen sets)
    • Library membership (a monthly allowance of new loop downloads)
    • Made-to-order custom loops and custom stream kits
    • Loop packs sold on our own site and on third-party marketplaces (for example Etsy), when offered

    The legacy Creator Pass is no longer sold. Existing Creator Pass subscribers keep their benefits while their subscription remains active.

    3. User Accounts

    Some features need an account. Stream kits and single library loops check out with just your email. Bundles, membership and custom loops need a free account first: enter your email and we send a sign-in link. When you check out with just your email, we create your account after payment and email you a sign-in link. When you create an account, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Keep your account information up to date
    • Keep your login details secure and confidential
    • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
    • Tell us straight away about any unauthorized access or security breach
    • Use only one account per person. We may close duplicate accounts.

    We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and explain why.

    4. Purchases, Plans and Payments

    4.1 Free Tier

    Anyone may browse. Registered free users may download free loops for personal, non-monetized use, subject to any limits we publish.

    4.2 Library Loops ($4.99)

    Premium library loops are one-time purchases at $4.99 each (or the price shown at checkout). Payment is through Stripe. There is no recurring charge. You receive a perpetual license to download and use that loop as described in Section 5. Prices are in USD unless another currency is shown at checkout.

    4.3 Stream Kits ($14.99)

    Stream kits are one-time purchases at $14.99 each (or the price shown at checkout). Members on the current membership pay $7.49 per kit. A kit is a set of matching screens (for example Starting Soon, BRB, Offline, Ending Soon, and an empty background, as described on the product page).

    4.4 Membership ($15/mo or $99/yr)

    Membership is $15 a month or $99 a year. It includes up to 30 new library loop downloads each calendar month (UTC); downloading a loop you already have is free and never counts. Stream kits are $7.49 for members instead of $14.99. Loops you download while a member stay licensed after you cancel. Membership is billed through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Unused downloads do not roll over to the next month. Some library loops also have an upscaled 4K file. Buying the loop or joining the membership gets you that file too. Custom loops, custom stream kits and venue licences are not included and are priced separately.

    Members who joined before September 26, 2026 keep their original terms (every library loop and stream kit included, no monthly cap) while their subscription stays active.

    4.5 Custom Products

    Custom loops and custom stream kits are made to order by AI from your description, at the price shown in the builder and at checkout (custom loops from $9.99 when the result joins the public library, or $19 kept private).

    • Production begins after payment clears.
    • The first delivered file set is the delivery. We do not offer free revisions or remakes because you change your mind, prefer a different look, or want a different prompt after delivery.
    • If a file will not open, play or loop, we fix it or refund you.
    • Custom products are not part of membership.

    4.6 Loop Packs

    When offered, loop packs are one-time digital purchases of the loops listed for that pack. On our site, packs are loops you pick yourself or a world starter you can edit, priced by the pick ladder (Pick 3 for $12, 5 for $19 or 10 for $29). The earlier fixed 20, 50 and 100 loop packs and themed packs are no longer sold here; past buyers keep their downloads. Packs are also sold on Etsy. Pack contents, price, and delivery method are as stated on the listing or at checkout. Packs do not include membership or custom work unless the listing says so.

    4.7 Legacy Creator Pass ($19.99/month or $199/year)

    The Creator Pass subscription is no longer offered to new customers. Existing subscribers keep their benefits (unlimited downloads of the entire library, full commercial use rights, and priority support) for as long as their subscription remains active, under the terms in effect when they subscribed. Legacy subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Subscribers may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

    4.8 Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

    One-time purchases (library loops, stream kits, packs, and custom products) are billed once through Stripe at checkout. Membership and legacy Creator Pass subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is shown. We give 30 days' notice before a recurring price changes.

    Membership and legacy Creator Pass subscribers may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time in a period unless the law requires it. One-time purchases have no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.

    4.9 Refunds and digital delivery

    Nothing in our terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a file has a major failure, for example it will not open, play or loop, you can choose a refund or a replacement.

    • Library loops, stream kits and packs: full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded the files. After download, we may still refund at our discretion.
    • Files that do not work: if a file will not open, play or loop as described, including a loop that does not loop cleanly in OBS, contact Support and choose a replacement or a full refund.
    • Membership: cancel anytime. Access continues through the paid period. We do not refund part of a period unless the law requires it.
    • Custom products: because they are made to order, we do not refund a change of mind once production has started. If the file will not open, play or loop, we fix it or refund you.

    5. Content Usage and Copyright

    5.1 Our Content

    Every loop is licensed for the uses in Section 5. Content is licensed to you under your plan. It is not sold or transferred to you.

    5.2 Usage Tiers

    • Free loops: Personal, non-monetized use.
    • Bought loops, kits and packs: Monetized streams, VODs, videos, ads, client work, and products you make and sell. Yours to keep.
    • Membership: Everything a purchase allows, for up to 30 new library loops a month. Stream kits are half price for members. Loops you download while a member stay licensed after you cancel.
    • Legacy Creator Pass and paid custom products: the same rights as a purchase.

    No license allows you to resell or redistribute the raw, unmodified loop files. Free loops may not be used in client work or in products you sell.

    5.3 Perpetual Rights

    For one-time purchases, your license is perpetual: content you have bought stays licensed for the uses above indefinitely. For membership and legacy subscriptions, any loop you downloaded during an active period stays licensed for the uses above after the membership or subscription ends, including streams and videos you publish later. After it ends you cannot download new content through it.

    5.4 Restrictions

    Regardless of usage tier, you may not:

    • Redistribute, share, or resell raw video files from the library
    • Claim ownership or authorship of library content
    • Use content in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
    • Register any library content as a trademark or service mark

    5.5 Copyright Complaints

    We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, email us with: (a) the copyrighted work; (b) the material you believe infringes it and where it appears; and (c) your contact details and a statement that you are acting in good faith. We will review every complaint and remove material where appropriate.

    6. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Redistribute or resell content outside the permitted usage
    • Claim ownership of library content
    • Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to bulk-download content
    • Circumvent download limits, paywalls, or access controls
    • Create multiple accounts to circumvent per-user restrictions
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service itself belongs to Infinity Looper. That includes its design, code, branding, logos, and interface. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    Nothing in these Terms gives you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited permission to use it as described here.

    8. Service Availability and Modifications

    We aim to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Service, including removing content from the library. Removing a loop from the library does not end the license for a copy you already bought.

    We will make reasonable efforts to tell users about material changes to paid features at least 14 days in advance.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Nothing in our terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

    Subject to those rights, we do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that every piece of content will always be available.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    This section does not limit any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, Infinity Looper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

    Subject to the same rights, our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify Infinity Looper against claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) to the extent they arise from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; or (c) your misuse of downloaded content.

    12. Dispute Resolution

    If you have a problem, contact Support first so we can try to fix it. If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may take it to a court or tribunal with jurisdiction. Nothing in this section stops you from contacting a consumer protection agency or using a small claims process.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. If you are a consumer in another country, you also keep the protections that your local law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

    14. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it valid and enforceable.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We may change these Terms. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect, by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service.

    If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the revised Terms apply. If you do not agree to them, you must stop using the Service. Changes never reduce the license for something you already bought.
