    Questions

How downloads and sponsored offers work

Short answers to what people ask most. If yours is not here, the help page reaches a person.

    How downloads work

Can I download a loop without an offer?
Yes. Every loop plays in full on its page for anyone. To get the file you can complete one sponsored offer, give your email address, or buy the scene on Etsy where it is listed. The email and Etsy options are always there.
    What is a sponsored offer?
A short task from one of our advertising partners, such as a survey, an app trial or a sign-up. When you finish one, the partner pays us a commission and tells our server, and your download unlocks. You never pay us anything for it.
Do I have to do an offer?
No. Next to every offer you can unlock the same file with your email address instead, or buy the scene on Etsy where it is listed there.
Why do I see different options from a friend in another country?
Advertising partners only run offers in some countries and on some devices. Where there are not at least three offers for you, the email unlock is shown first. The product page itself is the same for everyone.

    When something goes wrong

I finished an offer but nothing unlocked. What now?
Keep the download window open: partners usually confirm within a minute or two, sometimes longer. Only the partner's confirmation can unlock a file, so if nothing arrives after 20 minutes, try a different offer or use the email unlock.
    My download link stopped working.
Links are signed and work for 15 minutes, so an old link expires. Open the download again from the product page; an email unlock can be repeated with the same address.
    Are the offers safe?
Offers are run by the advertising network and its advertisers, not by InfinityLooper. Read the partner's terms, only share details you are comfortable sharing, and close any offer you do not like. Choosing another offer or the email unlock is always fine.

    Privacy and cookies

What do you do with my email address?
Right now we only use it to unlock the file you asked for. It is not stored, added to a mailing list or shared. If we start a newsletter, it will be a separate box you choose to tick.
    Do you use cookies?
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask before any analytics, advertising or offer partner cookies are used, and saying no still lets you unlock by email. Our own download counts use no cookies at all.

    The files

    What format are the files?
MP4 video in H.264, with no audio track. Most clips are 5 to 10 seconds long and 1080p, made to repeat. Each page lists the resolution, length, frame rate and size measured from the master file.
What can I use them for?
Personal use, such as your own desktop, phone, TV or stream background. Please do not resell, re-upload or share the file itself. If you are unsure whether a use is covered, ask us through the help page.
    Who makes these scenes?
InfinityLooper. Every scene in the free collection is our own original work, and each page was written from the clip's own frames.
