What to include

• A download that did not unlock: the name or link of the loop, how you tried to unlock it (offer or email) and roughly when.
• An Etsy order: your Etsy order number. Etsy's messages also reach us.
• A privacy request: what you would like to see, correct or delete, and the email address it relates to.
• Using a loop in a project: where it would appear and whether the project earns money.
