Help
How can I help?
Questions or a file that will not open? Message me through Etsy and I will help. The answers below cover most things.
Buying and downloading
How do I buy a product?
Every product page has a Buy on Etsy button. Checkout and payment happen on Etsy, and your files stay in your Etsy account.
Where are my files after I buy?
On Etsy, open Purchases and reviews from your account menu and choose Download files. Etsy also emails you a link once payment clears.
Is anything shipped?
No. Every product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
A file will not open or looks wrong. What now?
Message me through Etsy with the product name and what you see. I will help, and if a file is broken I will send a fixed one.
Using the files
What do I need to open them?
It depends on the format, which is listed on each product. PDFs open in any PDF reader; fillable PDFs work best in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Spreadsheets open in Excel or Google Sheets (the Sheets copy link is in the PDF). Canva templates open with a free Canva account through the link in the PDF. Cut files open in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio or your laser software.
Which paper sizes do printables come in?
Printables come in A4 and US Letter when the listing says so. Print at home or at any print shop.
Can I edit the files?
Canva templates, spreadsheets and fillable PDFs are editable. Flat printables are made to be filled in by hand. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
What are the trailer and the demo?
The trailer walks through every page of the product. The demo shows the file being used. Both are at the top of each product page.
How may I use the files?
Each Etsy listing states how the files may be used. If you are not sure, ask me before you buy.
Your account on this site
I bought loop videos here before. Where are they?
Sign in and open Your account, then Downloads. Everything you bought is still there to download again.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign in page and a reset link will be emailed to you.
How do I stop emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or the unsubscribe page.
