Question 1

Can I use a loop on a monetized stream?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use it in monetized streams, VODs and YouTube videos. The only thing you can't do is sell or share the file itself.

Question 2

Do my VODs and uploads stay covered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A paid loop or kit is yours to keep, and the licence has no end date, so past VODs, clips and edited videos that show it stay covered.

Question 3

What am I not allowed to do with the file?

Accepted Answer

Resell it, give it away, share the download with other people, or upload it to another marketplace or stock site. Showing it on your own channels is fine.

Question 4

Are the free loops covered for monetized use?

Accepted Answer

Free loops are for personal, non-monetized use. For a monetized channel, buy the loop or join the membership ($15/mo), which covers the loops you download.

Question 5

Can I play a loop on a screen at my business?

Accepted Answer

Public display at a cafe, shop, gym or waiting room needs the venue licence: $49 per loop, or 10 loops for $149. See Business screens.
