    What is inside

Murder at Calder Fell plays over one evening in three rounds. Snow has cut off the lodge, and guests work out who did it from clue cards such as a lodge floor plan and a weather station printout. There are 16 characters: 8 core roles, 4 more for groups of 9 to 12, and 4 expansion roles for 13 to 16.

The previews list what gets printed: a 17-page host guide with no answers inside, 64 pages of character booklets, 17 invitation pages, a menu, accusation sheets, clue cards, gift tag name tags, place cards and cracker slips. Each paper size comes as its own zip.

A third zip holds Word and PowerPoint files, so wording can be changed before printing. Open the short start-here PDF before anything else.

    Good for

    • Christmas Eve dinner parties for adults
    • Groups of 4 to 16 guests
    • Hosts who want a scripted evening
    • Snowed-in lodge themed gatherings

    Questions

    How many people can play?
Between 4 and 16. Eight core characters cover a small table, four more roles join for 9 to 12 guests, and an expansion set of four takes it to 16.
Does the host need to know the solution in advance?
The host guide cover reads no answers inside, so the host can play along. Each round page has a read-aloud box to open that part of the evening.
    Is there an editable version?
Yes. One zip holds Word and PowerPoint files for changing text before you print. The A4 and US Letter PDF sets are ready to print without editing.
