    What is inside

    The plan runs Friday to Sunday. On paper you get 4 pages, with a block of times and notes for each of the three days. The phone version splits it into 15 pages: invitation, welcome, the crew, at a glance, one page per day, the stay, dress code, packing list, where we eat, cost split, house rules and RSVP.

    The phone pages are 1080 x 1920 PNG images, filled in as a finished sample weekend with made-up names, so the group can see the layout before you write your own.

    To change names, times and places, open the Edit in Canva PDF. The title lists 3 themes; the previews show a terracotta and cream design.

    How do the phone pages differ from the printable pages?
    The 15 phone pages are PNG images sized 1080 x 1920 for sharing on phones, one topic per page. The 4 printable pages put the same weekend on paper in A4 or US Letter.
