    What is inside

    This kit combines the quote and invoice workbook with the job and GST log, so one download covers a job from the first quote to the quarterly GST figure. The Excel zip holds four files: an 8-tab quote and tax invoice workbook and an 18-tab job and GST log, each as a sample copy and a blank copy.

    Word quote and tax invoice documents come in A4 and US Letter, and a printable PDF carries blank forms in both sizes. There is also a bonus printable pack and a 4-page start-here guide with Google copy links.

    The extra piece over the single invoice template is the GST by quarter sheet. It gives one row per quarter of the financial year, net GST for each, and full-year totals, with income counted when it is paid.

    How is this different from the invoice template alone?
    The bundle adds the 18-tab job and GST log, which tracks jobs, income and expenses and rolls GST into quarterly and full-year totals. The quote and invoice files are the same.
    Will it open in Google Sheets?
    Yes. The four workbooks are Excel files that open in Google Sheets too, and the start-here guide sets out three steps to get your own working copy.
    Does it count GST on a cash basis?
    The GST by quarter sheet shown in the preview counts income on the cash basis, when paid. It is general information only, so check figures with your tax agent before lodging.
