What is inside

The planner runs to eight fillable pages. The previews show a cover page, a menu plan where you list every course and who brings it, a guests and dietary page with columns for vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy and nuts, a seven-day countdown, a day-before list, a day-of timeline, an oven and hob plan, and a shopping list.

You get separate A4 and US Letter PDFs, a filled-in A4 example so you can see how each page reads once complete, and a zip with print and PNG versions. A short start-here PDF explains the set.

Type straight into the fields on a laptop, or print the pages and fill them in by hand at the kitchen bench. The countdown suggests two jobs a day and leaves room for your own.

Questions

Can I fill it in on a computer?

Yes. The PDF pages are fillable, so you can type into them on a computer, then save or print. You can also print blank pages and write on them by hand.

Which paper sizes are included?

There are two separate planner files, one sized for A4 and one for US Letter, plus a completed example in A4 that shows how the pages look when filled in.

Does it handle dietary needs?

The guests and dietary page has tick columns for vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy and nuts next to each name, so you can see at a glance who needs what.
