    What is inside

This is the timeline spreadsheet with a full paper planner added. The 8 pages are a cover sheet, a menu plan, guests and dietary needs, a seven day countdown, a day before list, the day of timeline, an oven and hob plan, and a shopping list, all in a muted green style.

From the workbook side you get the blank timeline file, a filled example with a turkey, glazed ham and pavlova menu, a PDF with the Google Sheets copy link, and three timeline printables as fillable, print and PNG versions.

Work back from the time you plan to serve: the spreadsheet lists each prep, oven and fridge step in order with temperatures, and its oven chart turns cells red when two dishes need different heat at the same time. The planner pages then hold everything the spreadsheet does not, from who is coming to what to buy.

    Good for

    • First-time Christmas hosts
    • Large family lunches with dietary needs
    • Cooks sharing one oven between dishes
    • Keeping a printed plan on the fridge

    Questions

What does the bundle add to the timeline spreadsheet?
It adds an 8-page printable planner with a menu plan, guest and dietary list, seven day countdown, day before list, oven and hob plan and shopping list, alongside all the timeline workbook files.
How does the spreadsheet spot oven clashes?
It charts each dish across the cooking window. Where two dishes overlap at different temperatures the cells turn red, and a flag column names the clash or notes when the oven is full.
Can I use it in Google Sheets?
Yes. The workbooks are Excel files, and one PDF in the zip contains the link for making your own Google Sheets copy.
