    What is inside

    The core is an 8-tab Excel workbook: start here, settings, job, quote, invoice and register, plus letter-sized quote and invoice tabs. One copy comes with sample job data so you can see the flow, and a blank copy has the same tabs ready for your business. Both open in Google Sheets as well as Excel.

    If you prefer Word, a zip holds quote and tax invoice documents in A4 and US Letter. A printable PDF carries blank quotes and invoices in both sizes for jobs where you write by hand, and a 4-page start-here guide walks through setup in three steps.

    A quote carries straight over into the matching tax invoice. The invoice shows your ABN and business details, GST at 10% on the total, the balance due after any deposit, and bank details and terms. One setting lets you enter line amounts either ex or inc GST.

    Can I enter amounts including GST?
    Yes. One setting switches the maths, so the same line amounts can be treated as ex GST or inc GST and the subtotal, GST and total update to match.
    Is there a version without the spreadsheet?
    Yes. The Word zip has quote and tax invoice documents in A4 and US Letter, and the printable PDF has blank forms you can fill in with a pen.
