    What is inside

    The welcome packet runs to 70 pages and is filled with sample copy for a fictional assistant business, so you can see how each page reads before rewording it. It covers a cover page, a hello letter, monthly packages, a first 30 days plan, how you like to work, a kickoff checklist, policies, an FAQ and a thank-you page.

    There are five files. Two print-ready PDFs cover A4 and US Letter, the Word document holds the same kit with editable intake fields, and VA-Tracker.xlsx is a workbook for client tasks and dates that also works in Google Sheets.

    The start-here PDF links to Canva and Google Slides copies in three colour themes, forest, clay and navy, where you can swap photos, names and colours before exporting.

    Can I edit the onboarding kit?
    Yes. The kit comes as an editable Word file, and the start-here guide links to Canva and Google Slides copies where you can change names, photos and colours.
    What does the Excel tracker do?
    It is a workbook for logging client tasks with dates and a status column. It opens in Excel and can also be used in Google Sheets.
    Does it come with sample wording?
    Yes. Every page is written out for a made-up assistant business, so you replace the sample text with your own services, packages and policies instead of starting from a blank page.
