    About this scene

The look comes from traditional ink painting. A low mound of dark, loosely brushed stones forms a cave with a black opening, and three pale eggs rest just inside it. White cartoon bones lie scattered in front and on top of the rocks to the right. Wispy strokes of dark grass frame both sides, and a smoky grey wash fills the sky above. Almost half the frame is open cream paper, marked only by a few dry brush sweeps.

On the right, a small heap of embers glows with the only touches of orange in the picture. Above it, the flames are drawn as thick black strokes that bend, split and curl into new shapes as the clip plays, more like ink moving than fire. The cave, eggs and bones never move. The 10-second loop ends on the frame it started with, so it repeats with no visible jump.

    Questions

Is the lower half of the ink painting empty on purpose?
It reads as blank cream paper, which makes it a handy area for a chat box, a schedule or a title. Dark text sits very clearly on it.
How does the fire look in black and white?
The flames are drawn as black brushstrokes that twist and change shape, with a small bed of orange embers underneath. It is the one moving element in the scene.
Will the pale scene work under a dark stream theme?
It is mostly cream and grey, so it brightens a layout rather than blending into dark panels. It pairs best with simple black or warm brown overlays.
