Questions

How long is the purple rain on still water stream background loop?

30 seconds, at 1920 x 1080 (1080p Full HD). Set your player, OBS media source or wallpaper app to repeat and it runs as long as you need.

Does it loop smoothly?

It is cut to repeat, but the first and last frames are not identical, so a sharp eye may catch the restart. A short crossfade in your editor hides it.

Is it free to download?

Yes. It is a free HD download after a quick Google sign-in, and the licence covers personal, commercial and client work.
